I sort of write about everything and nothing, as seems to be the case for most filkers, hence a definition of the term escapes me, too - try your google-fu on the term if you have some time to while away. In my case, the manifestation of the filkish genes (and, no let's not have a nature or culture debate, oki?) seems to be in the 'poking fun at stuff' lay of the trade.
